Eriksen Construction is divided into three divisions, each offering unique services to meet specialized needs of our clients.

Environmental

This division offers general contractor services for the construction, renovation and expansion of water treatment plants and wastewater treatment plants.

Having served both large and small municipalities, rural water distribution systems, and private industry, Eriksen is known as the region’s most experienced and most prominent contractor in water and wastewater treatment projects.

Commercial

This division provides general contracting services for a broad array of commercial construction projects, including new construction, renovation and expansion of schools, office buildings, motels, retail stores, churches, banks, industrial buildings, nursing homes and hospitals.

As part of this division, we own a number of subcontractor firms, giving us the ability to self-perform a larger portion of a project than the typical commercial contractor. It also allows us to exercise greater quality and scheduling control than other firms.

Concrete Subcontracting

This division of Eriksen Construction acts as a subcontractor on major projects, providing services for the construction of foundations and poured concrete walls.

Examples of our experience include industrial and multi-story building foundations, retaining walls, building superstructures, and parking garages.
